益气化瘀法配合化疗治疗晚期肺癌的临床研究

目的:比较中西医结合疗法与单纯化疗在晚期肺癌治疗中的效果差异。方法:随机选择最近3年本院收治的晚期肺癌患者的资料,根据治疗方案不同分为试验组和对照组,比较两组患者治疗后的效果、生存期以及不良反应发生程度,据此对益气化瘀法配合化疗治疗晚期肺癌的临床疗效进行评价。结果:采用益气化瘀法配合化疗治疗晚期肺癌在治疗效果、不良反应发生程度、患者生存期方面都明显优于单纯化疗组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对于晚期肺癌患者,采用中医益气化瘀法配合化疗的治疗效果明显优于单纯化疗法。考虑个体的症型差异,遵循辨证施治原则进行治疗,能在最大程度上发挥中医药的优势。

The Clinical Studies of Treating Advanced Lung Cancer with the Methed of Qi-supplementing and Stasis-removing Herbal Medicines Combined with Chemotherapy

Objective： To compare the effects of combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine with chemotherapy only on treating advanced lung cancer. Method： Eighty-five cases of patients with advanced lung cancer were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated by only chemotherapy, and the treatment group was combinated of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. The indicators between the two groups were compared after treatment, such as the effective rate, the life time and adverse drug reactions. Result： Qi-supplementing and stasis- removing herbal medicines combined with chemotherapy were better than chemotherapy only in the effective rate, the life time and adverse drug reactions, and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Combination of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine is better than chemotherapy only on the treatment of advanced lung cancer. Treating advanced lung cancer according to syndrome differentiation can take the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine fully.
