Nurse Executive Ability Training in High Quality Nursing Service of Neurosurgery Department

Objective： To put forward suggestions and countermeasures about nurse executive ability training in high quality nursing service of neurosurgery department. Method- Construction ~f high quality nursing in neurosursery department in our hospital was regarded as the basis, the analysis on the important significance for the implementation and execution of training of nurse was carried, to summary execution problems, and put forward the training suggestions according to existing problems.Result： High quality nursing service of neurosurgery department needed to enhance the nurse executive ability, the need to focus on communication skills training, construction, construction, construction of the appraisal system construction of self learning. Conclusion： High quality nursing service needs higher execution of nurses. Nurses should strengthen the skill and ability, communication ability, learning ability construction, and improve the appraisal system in order to promote the nurse executive force.
