急诊护士岗位管理的探索与实践

摘    要:目的:探索科学的急诊护理岗位管理方式。方法:从岗位设置、岗位培训、岗位绩效考核等方面,探索急诊护理岗位管理方式。结果:建立了护士分层进阶体系,改革了绩效考核分配方式。结论:急诊科实施急诊护士岗位管理,有利于急诊护理发展,适用于临床推广,也待进一步探索。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the scientific mode of emergency nursing post management. Method:Mode of emergency nursing post management was explored in aspects of job settings,job training,job performance evaluation and etc. Result:The nurse layered upgrade system was established,and the performance appraisal distribution mode was reformed. Conclusion:Implementing emergency nursing post management in the emergency department can help to develop emergency nursing,is suitable for promoting in the clinical,waiting for exploring further.
