| 摘 要： | 目的：探索科学的急诊护理岗位管理方式。方法：从岗位设置、岗位培训、岗位绩效考核等方面，探索急诊护理岗位管理方式。结果：建立了护士分层进阶体系，改革了绩效考核分配方式。结论：急诊科实施急诊护士岗位管理，有利于急诊护理发展，适用于临床推广，也待进一步探索。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the scientific mode of emergency nursing post management. Method：Mode of emergency nursing post management was explored in aspects of job settings,job training,job performance evaluation and etc. Result：The nurse layered upgrade system was established,and the performance appraisal distribution mode was reformed. Conclusion：Implementing emergency nursing post management in the emergency department can help to develop emergency nursing,is suitable for promoting in the clinical,waiting for exploring further. |
