| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨MSCT在诊断急性阑尾炎中的应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的32例急性阑尾炎患者的临床资料,就MSCT平扫表现和诊断价值进行分析,并与临床病理对照。结果:阑尾增粗28例,阑尾壁增厚12例,阑尾周围炎症26例,阑尾粪石15例,阑尾周围脓肿形成5例,合并肠梗阻1例,阑尾正常1例。本组CT诊断正确率达96.9%。结论:MSCT平扫能简便、准确地诊断有无急性阑尾炎,具有较高的临床应用价值。

The Application Value of Routine MSCT Scanning in Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis |

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore the value of MSCT in diagnosis of acute appendicitis. Method： The clinical data of thirty-two patients proved by surgical pathology were reviewed retrospectively, MSCT findings were analyzed and correlated with pathological findings.Result： There were 28 cases with enlarged appendix, 12 cases with thiekened wall, 26 cases with periappendicitis, 15 cases with appendicolith, 5 cases with appendiceal abscess, 1 case with ileus, 1 case with normality appendix.The overall diagnostic accuracy of CT was 96.9%.Conclusion： The routine MSCT scanning can handy and correctly determine whether or not an acute appendicitis is present, and has a very high application value in clinically. |
