| 摘 要： | 慢性HBV携带者是乙肝病毒感染最重要的传染源,且有发展为肝硬化、肝癌的风险,关于慢性HBV携带者是否需抗病毒治疗目前没有统一的共识,本文就慢性HBV携带者的肝脏病理检查、治疗等方面的进展予以综述,以供临床参考。

| Abstract: | Chronic HBV carriers is the most important source of hepatitis B virus infection,which has the risk of develop into cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma,but there isn’t a common conclusion about if chronic HBV carriers need antiviral therapy.The article summarizes the liver histopathology and therapeutic progress of chronic HBV carriers in recent years,to provide clinical reference. |
