经皮克氏针内固定在小儿肱骨髁上骨折中的应用价值研究

目的:探讨经皮克氏针内固定在小儿肱骨髁上骨折中的应用价值。方法:选取本院2012年2月-2013年2月收治的30例肱骨髁上骨折的患儿为研究对象,根据手术时间分为A组(伤后12~24 h手术)16例和B组(伤后24~48 h手术)14例,比较两组患儿的临床疗效。结果:A组患儿的平均住院时间与B组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。A组患儿治疗效果的优良率为93.75%,B组为92.86%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05);A组2例发生肘内翻畸形,B组1例发生,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:采用经皮克氏针内固定治疗小儿肱骨髁上骨折,临床效果较佳,术后并发症少,且手术时机对临床预后无明显影响。

The Research of Application Value of the Peek Inside of the Needle Fixed on the Pediatric Humerus Condyle Fracture

Objective：To explore the application value of the peek inside the needle fixed on the pediatric humerus condyle fracture.Method：Thirty cases of humerus condyle fracture of children were selected in the hospital from February 2012 to February 2013 as the research objects,According to the operation time,they were divided into group A of 16 cases（12~24 hours after the surgery）and group B（24~48 hours after the surgery）of 14 cases, the clinical curative effect of two groups of children were compared.Result：The average length of hospital stay in group A compared with group B,there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）. The excellent rate was 93.75%in group A,group B was 92.86%,there was no statistically significant difference（P〉0.05）;2 cases occurred elbow varus deformity in group A,but group B in 1 case,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Using the peake＇s pin internal fixation on the treatment of children humerus condyle fractures,clinical effect is better,less postoperative complications,and the operation time has no obvious effect on clinical outcomes.
