国产二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复中的应用效果分析

目的:研究国产二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复中的应用效果。方法:选取2010年2月-2013年3月本站接诊的90例行口腔修复的患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为试验组和对照组各45例。对照组采用常规金属烤瓷牙对患者进行口腔修复,试验组采用国产二氧化锆全瓷进行口腔牙齿修复和固定,治疗后,对两组患者治疗的临床疗效进行比较分析,并在治疗1年后,对两组患者进行跟踪随访,调查记录两组患者牙龈色泽变化情况。结果:试验组患者的修复体的边缘密合性好的比率(100%)明显高于对照组(84.4%),比较差异有统计学意义(字2=7.5904,P=0.0059),试验组患者的修复体折断、修复体崩瓷的发生率均明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。两组患者龋齿的发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。调查发现试验组患者的牙龈色泽发生改变的发生率(0%)明显低于对照组(37.8%),比较差异有统计学意义(字2=20.9589,P=0.0000)。结论:国产二氧化锆修复体在口腔修复中的应用效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

The Application Effect Analysis of Domestic Zirconia Dental Restorations in Oral Cavity Repair

Objective：To study the application effect analysis of domestic zirconia dental restorations in oral cavity repair.Method：90 patients with oral cavity repair in our hospital from February 2010 to March 2013 as the research objects,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional metal porcelain teeth for dental patients,and the experimental group was treated with domestic zirconia all-ceramic dental restorations and for oral fixation. After treatment,the clinical efficacy of two groups were compared,and after 1 year of treatment,patients of two groups were followed up,the color changes in patients gums of two groups were recorded.Result：The prosthesis good edge adhesion ratio（100%）of the experimental group patients was significantly higher than the control group （84.4%）,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=7.5904,P=0.0059）,the incidence of restoration fracture and porcelain restoration crack of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.It found that the incidence rate of gingival color change in the experimental group was 0%,it was significantly lower than the control group（37.8%）,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=20.9589,P=0.0000）.Conclusion：The application effect analysis of domestic zirconia dental restorations in oral cavity repair is good,worthy of clinical application.
