摘    要:目的:研究无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)对精神分裂症患者认知功能的影响。方法:将符合入组条件的51例精神分裂症患者按入院顺序依次分为MECT组和非MECT组,MECT组采用MECT治疗,非MECT组采用常规非典型抗精神病药物治疗,在治疗前和治疗结束进行阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)、1个月后作认知功能检查评估变化情况。结果:两组患者经PANSS评分,其治疗后基础评分均明显低于治疗前,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而MECT组的阳性症状分和PANSS总分均明显低于非MECT组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组治疗前后经WCST、CPT、WAIS-RC等认知功能测查,其组内与组间比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:MECT对精神分裂症治疗安全有效,对患者认知功能无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the effect of modified convulsively electroconvulsive therapy(MECT) on cognitive function in schizophrenia patients.Method:51 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the MECT group and the non MECT group according to the order of admission. The MECT group was treated with MECT,and the non MECT group was treated with conventional antipsychotic drug,before treatment and the end of the positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS),the change of cognitive function after 1 month were estimated.Result:The PANSS score of patients in the two groups after the treatment,the basic score were significantly lower than that before therapy,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01), positive symptom score and PANSS score of the MECT group were significantly lower than non MECT group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05),the two groups before and after treatment with WCST,CPT,WAIS-RC and other cognitive function test,the comparison within group and between group differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:MECT is effective and safe in the treatment of schizophrenia,had no significant effect on cognitive function of patients.
