探讨单次聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的效果及其影响因素

目的:进一步探讨单次聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床治疗效果以及其影响因素。方法:选取2011年1月-2013年1月本院接受治疗的280例慢性宫颈炎患者,采用聚焦超声仪进行单次聚焦超声治疗,280例患者均有完整观察记录,其中宫颈糜烂轻度患者50例,中度118例,重度112例,观察宫颈糜烂的治疗效果,分析影响治疗效果的因素。结果:治疗后,轻度、中度、重度宫颈炎患者的总有效率分别为100%(50/50)、94.9%(112/118)、91.1%(102/112),合计总有效率为94.3%(264/280);在聚焦超声的脉冲、声功率输出和频率恒定条件下,辐照时间与实际超声输出量成正比。结论:慢性宫颈炎采用单次聚焦超声治疗获得了较为显著的治疗效果,同时沉积的声能量和糜烂面积两者间的差异控制着辐照时间的长短,在患者接受治疗过程中,起到一定程度的促进作用。

To Explore the Effect and Influencing Factors of Single Focused Ultrasound Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis

Objective：To investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of factors of single focused ultrasound treatment of chronic cervicitis and its influence.Method：280 chronic cervicitis patients from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital treated by single focused ultrasound,282 patients had complete observation records,including 50 mild cervical erosion patients,118 moderate cases,112 severe cases,observed treatment effect of cervical erosion,and analyzed the factors of treatment effect.Result：All the patients after single focused ultrasound therapy,mild,moderate,severe cervicitis patients were 100%（50/50）,94.9%（112/118）,91.1%（102/112）,the total efficiency of 94.3%（264/280）. In focused ultrasound pulse, acoustic power output and frequency under the condition of constant,irradiation time and proportional to the actual ultrasonic output.Conclusion：Chronic cervicitis by single focused ultrasound therapy has significant therapeutic effect,at the same time difference of acoustic energy deposition and erosion area between the control of the irradiation time,in patients receiving treatment,to some extent,promoting effect.
