奥美拉唑治疗80例返流性食管炎临床疗效观察

目的：探讨奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎的临床疗效。方法：选取2011年4-11月本院消化科诊治的80例反流性食管炎患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为联合组和单一组各40例，单一组应用一般常规药物治疗，联合组在常规药物基础上联合奥美拉唑联合治疗。比较两组患者通过治疗后症状缓解时间、不良反应发生率及总有效率。结果：联合组患者治疗后症状缓解时间（15.13±4.2）d明显少于单一组的（21.33±3.6）d，且联合组的不良反应发生率12.5%明显低于单一组的35.0%，而治疗总有效率80.0%明显高于单一组的62.5%，比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：奥美拉唑治疗反流性食管炎疗效显著，恢复时间快，不良反应少，值得临床推广。

Clinical Curative Effect of Omeprazole in the Treatment of Reflux Esophagitis

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of omeprazole in treating reflux esophagitis.Method：80 patients with reflux esophagitis were selected in our hospital from April 2011 to November 2011,they were randomly divided into the single group and the combination group,40 cases in each group.The single group was given conventional drug treatment,the combination group was combined with omeprazole on the basis of the routine drug.The duration of remission after treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions and the total efficiency of the two groups were compared.Result：The duration of remission after treatment in the combination group was（15.13±4.2）d,it was significantly less than（21.33±3.6）d of the single group;the incidence of adverse reaction in the combination group was 12.5%,it was significantly lower than the single group（35.0%）,and the total efficiency of the combination group was 80%,it was higher than that the single group（62.5%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Omeprazole in treating reflux esophagitis curative effect,faster recovery,less adverse reaction,is worth the clinical promotion.
