原发性肝细胞癌患者外周血中T细胞及NK细胞的水平变化和临床意义

目的:研究观察原发性肝细胞癌患者外周血T细胞、NK细胞水平,分析T细胞与NK细胞的变化意义。方法:随机抽取2010年7月-2013年2月本院收治的原发性肝细胞癌患者45例、肝脏良性病变患者45例和健康对照组45例作为本次实验的研究对象,检查三组患者的T细胞(包括CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD4+CD25+)及癌组织的NK细胞计数。结果:肝癌组CD3+CD4+、CD3+CD8+、CD4+CD25+均有所下降,与肝脏良性病变组、健康对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);肝癌组癌组织NK细胞计数有明显上升,与肝脏良性病变组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:原发性肝细胞癌患者有外周血中T细胞的降低,组织NK细胞上升,两者可有效反映患者的免疫状态。

The Changes of Levels and Clinical Significance of Peripheral Blood T Cells and NK Cells in Patients with Primary HepatoceilularCarcinoma

Objective：To study the level of T cells,NK cells in peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma,and to analyze the changing significance of T cells and NK cells. Method：45 patients with primary hepatocellular carcinoma,45 patients with benign liver lesions and control group of 45 cases from July 2010 to February 2013 in our hospital,were randomly selected as the research object of this experiment,three groups were examined with T cells（included CD3＋CD4＋,CD3＋CD8＋,CD4＋CD25）and the NK cell count of cancer organization. Result：CD3＋CD4＋,CD3＋CD8＋, CD4＋CD25＋of the liver cancer group was decreased,compared with benign the liver lesions group and the health control group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The NK cell count of the liver cancer group were increased significantly,compared with benign liver lesions group,the difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：T cells in peripheral blood of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma decrease,and NK cells increased,both effectively reflect the immune state of patients.
