高压氧综合治疗突发性耳聋不同时窗疗效分析

目的：比较不同治疗时窗高压氧综合治疗和常规药物治疗对突发性耳聋疗效的影响。方法：选取505例突发性耳聋患者，按随机数字表法分为高压氧综合治疗组（HBO组）和常规药物治疗组（对照组）。对照组常规予以药物治疗，HBO组在常规药物治疗基础上同时进行高压氧治疗，对比两组不同时窗听力的变化。结果：在发病后24 h内开始治疗，两组均可收到较好疗效；在发病24 h-2周内开始治疗， HBO组疗效优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；发病2周后开始治疗，两组治疗效果均较差。结论：高压氧综合治疗疗效显著，高压氧治疗可较好地改善突发性耳聋患者的听力水平，应于发病早期（〈2周）进行高压氧治疗。

Effect Analysis of Hyperbaric Oxygen Treatment on Sudden Deafness at the Different Time Window

Objective：To compare different therapeutic time window of hyperbaric oxygen therapy and routine therapy on the curative effect of sudden deafness. Method：505 cases of sudden deafness were divided into the hyperbaric oxygen treatment group（HBO group）and conventional treatment group（ control group）according to random number table method,the control group used routine drug treatment,the HBO group used hyperbaric oxygen therapy based on routine treatment,compared listening changes at different time window. Result：Treatment started after the onset of 24 h,two groups could get better curative effect;initiation of treatment after the onset of 24 h to 2 W,curative effect of the HBO group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;Treatment started after the onset of 2 W,treatment effects of two groups were poor. Conclusion：Effect of hyperbaric oxygen treatment significantly,hyperbaric oxygen therapy can effectively improve the patients with sudden deafness hearing level,be in early onset（＆lt;2 w）treated with hyperbaric oxygen.
