早期应用不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗老年急性冠脉综合征的疗效观察

目的:探讨早期应用不同剂量阿托伐他汀治疗老年急性冠脉综合征的治疗效果,以期对急性冠脉综合征的治疗提供帮助。方法:将118例患者按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组59例。两组均进行常规药物治疗,同时研究组给予20 mg阿托伐他汀进行治疗,对照组给予10 mg阿托伐他汀治疗,并比较两组治疗效果。结果:治疗后,两组hsCRP水平均下降,与同组治疗前比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后7、15 d,研究组hsCRP水平显著低于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。并且研究组在LDL-C和TC达标率方面均优于对照组。结论:早期使用较大剂量的阿托伐他汀可以有效治疗急性冠脉综合征,其可以作为一种治疗措施而加以推广。

The Observation of the Application of Different Doses of Atorvastatin in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Acute Coronary Syndrome in Early Phase

Objective： To explore the effect of the application of different doses of atorvastatin in treatment of elderly patients with acute coronary syndrome in early phase, in order to provide help in treatment of acute coronary syndrome. Method： One hundred and eighteen patients were divided into the research group and the control group, each group of 59 cases. The two groups were treated with normal medicine, at the same time, the research group and the control group were given different doses of atorvastatin treatment and the indicators between tile two groups were compared after treatment. Result： The CRP level of the two groups were all significantly decrease afler treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . The CRP level of the research group were significantly less than that of the control group after 7 days and 15 days treatment, and the difference between the two groups were all statistically significant （ P〈O.05 ） . And the LDL-C and TC rate in the research group were all better than those in the control group. Conclusion： The large dose atorvastatin was able to gain good effect in treatment of acute coronary syndrome in early phase, which can be used as the therapeutic measures to promote.
