关于PICC置管后常见并发症和护理方法的分析

目的:探讨PICC置管后常见并发症的护理方法,以期通过护理干预减少PICC置管发生并发症。方法:选取血液科PICC置管患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组46例和观察组54例。对照组患者实施常规护理,观察组患者实施预见性护理,对两组患者并发症发生情况以及护理满意度进行评价。结果:观察组并发症发生率明显少于对照组,对护理感到非常满意和满意者均明显高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:对PICC置管患者实施预见性护理可以有效减少并发症的发生,可以作为临床工作中的常规护理模式进行推广。

Analysis on Common Complications and Nursing Methods after Ultrasound-guided PICC

Objective：To observe the nursing methods of common complications after Ultrasound-guided PICC,for reducing the complications by nursing intervention. Method：100 patients with Ultrasound-guided PICC in hematology department were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,the control group for 46 cases and the observation group for 54 cases. The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received predictive nursing. The prevalence of complications and nursing satisfaction of two groups were evaluated.Result：The incidence rate of complications after Ultrasound-guided PICC in the observation group was evidently less than that of the control group,and the satisfactory degree of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group. The difference between two groups had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Implementing predictive nursing on patients receiving Ultrasound-guided PICC can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complication, which can be promoted as a routine nursing mode in clinical practice.
