联合应用MSCT及MRI在小儿脊柱和脊髓先天性疾病中的诊断价值

目的：探讨联合应用MSCT及MRI在小儿脊柱和脊髓先天性疾病中的诊断价值。方法：笔者所在医院2011年3月-2012年5月收治怀疑为脊柱和脊髓先天性疾病的患儿20例，分为试验组和对照组，每组各10例。试验组进行MSCT和MRI联合检查，对照组只进行MRI检查。所有患儿的影像学检查均与手术诊断结果进行比较，以比较两组影像检查的诊断价值。结果：试验组患儿的影像诊断符合率为100%，对照组诊断符合率为50%（5/10），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：联合应用MSCT及MRI在小儿脊柱和脊髓先天性疾病中的诊断价值具有更高的诊断价值，对发现更多的先天性脊柱畸形有重要的作用，联合MSCT能发现更多的其他脊柱畸形。比单纯运用MRI更有优势。

The Diagnostic Value of the Application of MSCT and MRI in Treatment of the Pediatric Spine and Spinal Congenital Disease

Objective：To study the diagnostic value of the application of MSCT and MRI in treating the pediatric spine and spinal congenital disease. Method：The writer＆#39;s hospital had treated 20 cases children patients with suspected spine and spinal congenital disease from March 2011 to May 2012,and all of them randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,each group of 10 cases. The treatment group had been treated by MSCT and MRI joint inspection,and the control group only treated by MRI. The results of the imaging inspection with that of the pathological diagnosis, and then made a comparison of the imaging diagnostic value of the two groups were compared. Result：The coincidence rate of image diagnosis of the treatment group was 100%,the control group was 50%（5/10）,and the difference between the two groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The MSCT and MRI joint application on the pediatric spine and spinal congenital disease has a higher value,and has an important effect in finding more congenital spinal deformity,which is better than MRI only.
