CAG预激方案与常规化疗治疗老年初治急性髓性细胞白血病的疗效对比

目的:探讨CAG预激方案与常规化疗治疗老年初治急性髓性细胞白血病(AML)的疗效。方法:选取本院2008年1月-2013年1月收治的30例老年初治性AML患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各15例,对照组使用常规化疗方案,观察组使用CAG预激方案,比较两组患者临床效果和并发症发生情况。结果:观察组患者完全缓解率明显高于对照组,血液系统并发症持续时间明显少于对照组,非血液系统不可耐受不良反应率明显低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:CAG预激方案可以更有效地治疗老年初治AML,其在取得较好治疗效果的同时,可降低患者并发症发生率及持续时间。

The Effect Analysis of Priming Induction Regimen of CAG for Newly Diagnosed Acute Myeloid Leukemia in Elderly Patients

Objective：To analysis the effect of priming induction regimen of CAG for newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia in elderly patients. Method：30 elderly patients with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia were selected in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2013.They were divided into the observation group and the control group,15 cases in each group.The control group was used conventional treatment plan and the observation group was used priming induction regimen of CAG.The difference of clinical effect and the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups were compared. Result：The observation group patients in complete remission rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the blood system complication duration was significantly less than that of the control group,non blood system can not tolerance to adverse events rate was significantly lower than the control group,there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：CAG regimen can be more effective in treatment of elderly patients with newly diagnosed AML,the better treatment effect at the same time,can reduce the incidence of complications and duration.
