湿润烧伤膏配合微波治疗60例慢性宫颈炎疗效分析

目的:探讨分析湿润烧伤膏配合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2011年8月-2013年2月在本院进行治疗的120例慢性宫颈炎患者的临床资料,按照治疗方法将其随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,对照组采用微波治疗,治疗组采用湿润烧伤膏配合微波治疗,比较两组的疗效、复发情况和不良反应,观察并记录两组的出血量、愈合时间等指标。结果:治疗组的总有效率93.33%明显高于对照组的78.33%,而复发率8.33%明显低于对照组的23.33%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗组的出血量和愈合时间均明显少于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.01)。治疗组的感染、出血以及阴道排液的发生率均低于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:湿润烧伤膏配合微波治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效显著,复发率低,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical Effects of MEBO Combined with Microwave in Treatment for 60 Cases of Chronic Cervicitis

Objective：To investigate clinical effect of MEBO combined with microwave in treatment for chronic cervicitis.Method：A retrospective analysis of 120 patients with chronic cervicitis in our hospital from August 2011 to February 2013 were reviewed,according to the methods of treatment they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases in each group,the control group was treated with microwave therapy,the treatment group was treated with MEBO combined with microwave therapy.The curative effect,recurrence and adverse reaction of the two groups were compared,the amount of bleeding and healing time index of the two groups were observed and recorded.Result：The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,it was significantly higher than the control group（78.33%）,and the relapse rate was 8.33%,it was significantly lower than the control group（23.33%）,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The amount of bleeding and healing time of treatment group were significantly less than that of the control group,there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.01）;The incidence of infection, bleeding and vaginal discharge of the treatment group were lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：MEBO combined with microwave treatment for chronic cervicitis have significant clinical efficacy and low recurrence rate,fewer adverse reactions,worthy of clinical application in the treatment of chronic cervicitis.
