医用臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效观察

摘    要:目的:探讨膝关节腔内注射O2-O3混合气体治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:选取本院2010年1月-2012年12月收治的200例膝关节骨性关节炎患者,按照收治住院单双号将所有患者分为治疗组和对照组各100例,其中对照组采用针灸推拿及超短波综合治疗,治疗组采用膝关节腔内注射医用臭氧(35μg/mL)20~40 mL及膝关节痛点注射医用臭氧(35μg/mL),每点3 mL左右,4 d注射一次,5次为一疗程,比较两组患者临床疗效和临床症状的改善情况。结果:治疗组显效率达86%,总有效率达99%,明显高于针灸推拿及超短波综合治疗对照组的显效率69%,总有效率84%,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05),且无一例不良反应。治疗组对于疼痛、晨僵、肿胀、关节积液、关节摩擦音(感)或日常活动受限的影响总有效率均明显优于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论:医用臭氧治疗膝关节骨性关节炎是一种安全有效的治疗方法。

Clinical Observation of Medical Ozone in the Treatment of Knee Osteoarthritis/

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of knee joint cavity injection of O2-O3 gas mixture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method:200 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were selected in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012,according to the odd and even number,all patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with acupuncture and massage and ultrashort wave therapy.The treatment group was treated with intra-articular injection of medical ozone(35 μg/mL)20-40 mL and knee pain point injection of medical ozone(35 μg/mL),each point of about 3 mL,4 days injection one time,5 times for a course of treatment, two groups of patients with clinical efficacy,clinical symptoms improve the situation were compared.Result:Markedly effective rate of the treatment group was 86%,the total effective rate was 99%,it were significantly higher than the effective rate(69%)and the total efficiency(84%)in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05),and no adverse reaction.The treatment group for pain,morning stiffness,swelling,joint effusion, the joint friction sound(feeling)influence or daily activities limited the total effective rate were significantly better than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee with medical ozone is a safe and effective treatment method.
