开塞露治疗肺性脑病33例疗效观察

目的观察开塞露对肺性脑病的疗效。方法肺性脑病患者65例，随机分为治疗组33例，对照组32例，两组均给予西医常规综合治疗，治疗组并加用每日40ml开塞露直肠给药治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为87．88％，对照组为62．5％，治疗组有效率明显高于对照组，差异有显著性意义（P〈0．05）。结论开塞露直肠给药可提高肺性脑病的疗效，减少致残率和死亡率。

Effect observation 33 cases of glycerine enema therapy on pulmonary encephalopathy

Objective To discuss the effective treatment on pulmonary encephalopathy and observe the curative effect of glycerine enema therapy on pulmonary encephalopathy. Methods 65 cases of pulmonary encephalopathy were divided into two groups randomly. 33 patients in the treatment group were treated with rectal administration of glycerine enema of 40 ml per day. The patients in the two groups were all treated with the same comprehensive treatment of routine western medicine. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 87.83% and 62.5 % respectively, the total efficacy rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group after the treatment, Its difference was significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Adjuvant therapy for pulmonary encephalopathy by rectal administration of glycerine enema can reinforce the effect and reduce the rate of disability and mortality.
