| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对术后患者疼痛处理中护理工作质量的调查与评估,有针对性地改进护理工作方法,提高护理质量。方法:使用SCQI调查表对90例骨科术后患者及其责任护士进行调查。结果:患者和护士在交流分表、环境分表、整体满意度、总评分上存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:护患评估能够反映护患双方对护理工作质量评估的差异,为有针对性的改进护理工作方法提供了科学的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective: To focus on the improvement of nursing approaches through the evaluation of nursing quality when the postoperative management of patient's pain is conducted.Methods: SCQI form was used to make an investigation to 90 patients who had orthopedic operation.Results: The significant difference was shown in evaluation of communication,environment,degree of satisfaction and the total score between nurses and patients(P<0.05).Conclusion: The study can show the difference in evaluation of nursing quality between nurses and patients and provide scientific basis for improving nursing methods. |
