| 摘 要： | 目的:本实验用比色法对丁香叶中总黄酮的含量进行测定。方法:以乙醇为溶剂,用超声波提取的方法对丁香叶中总黄酮进行提取。结果:采用以上方法提取可得到黄酮类化合物,总黄酮含量是89．28mg/g。结论:该方法方便、准确可靠、重现性好,可以作为木樨科丁香中总黄酮含量测定方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:This experiment research in the determination of total flavonoid in Lilac leaf.Methods: Taking ethanol as solvents,adopting the method that reflux withdraw with drawed in flavonoid.Results:We can get total flavonoid by the method giving above,the content of total flavonoid is 89.28mg/g.Conclusion:The mothod is simple, correct,and with good replication. |
