| 摘 要： | 目的:研究开花结果对桔梗产量和总皂苷含量的影响,为桔梗规范化生产标准操作规程的制订提供依据.方法:选择二年生长势基本相同的植株,将其中的50%去除花蕾,另外的50%任其开花结果。结果:去蕾植株产量和总皂苷含量都较高。结论:生育期内除去花蕾,才能获得优质高产药材。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the influence of blooming and Fruiting on the Output and total sapoin and supply the reference for the SOP of Platycodom grandiflorum(Jacq.)A.DC.Methods:Choose the biennial plant,get rid of 50% alabastrums of them,but make another bloom and fruit.Results:The output and total saponin of plant whose alabastrums had been get rid of are higher.Conclusion:Getting rid of alabastrums in breeding season we will gain hige- grade and high-yield medicinal herb. |
