| 摘 要： | 目的:通过对眼眶爆裂骨折CT表现的分析,探讨眼眶爆裂骨折的CT诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析46例眼眶爆裂骨折的CT表现及好发部位。结果:眼眶爆裂骨折的直接征象是眶壁骨质连续性中断,粉碎,移位及曲度失常。眼眶爆裂骨折最好发于眼眶内侧壁和底壁,占94.2%。副鼻窦内"泪滴"征是诊断眼眶底壁骨折的特异性间接征象。结论:CT诊断眼眶爆裂骨折具有重要临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyse CT findings of orbital blowout fractures to make diagnosis and to study the value of CT in diagnosis of blowout fractures.Methods:The CT character findings,most common locations in cases of orbital blowout fracture were retrospectivel analysed.Results:Interruption of bone continuity,fragments,displacement of bone wall were the CT direct signs.Most blowout fractures involved the medial wall and the orbital floor(94.2%).Teardrop appearance at the roof of maxillary sinus was a specific indirect sign of infemr orbital wall fracture.Conclusion:CT di- agnosis of orbital blowout fracture is of significant clinical importance. |
