腔内隔绝术治疗Stanford B型胸主动脉夹层动脉瘤

目的:报导我院经治的5例Stanford B型胸主动脉央层动脉瘤的初步体会。方法:术前经彩超、CTA、MRI检查及1例作主动脉造影均证实为降主动脉3区的单一裂口。在DSA动态监视下顺利完成介入治疗。结果:5例均一次成功植入单一移植物,术后无心肺骨功能表竭及瘫痪等严重并发症,均治愈出院。结论:选择降主动咏3区的单一裂口病人进行腔内隔绝术治疗较为顺利安全,是开展本项工作取得良好开端的重要因素。

Endovascular Graft Exclusion For Stanford B Type Thoracic Aortic Dissecting Aneurysms

Objective:Report five patients received to operate the endovascular exclusion for Stanford B type dissecting aneurysms of thoracic aorta successfully.Methods:All five patients preoperative CTA,MRI and colour echo showed single tear in the segment of the descending thoracic aorta.They were performed under DSA guidance.Results: Five cases were treated by one graft.No complications,such as myocardial infarction,lung failure,kidney failure or paralysis.Conclusion:The early results of the present study implicated that Endovascular Graft Exclusion might be safe treatment for selected the single tear in the segment 3 of the descending thoracic aorta can get a good begining.
