某蓄电池厂铅危害的调查

目的了解某蓄电池厂铅危害状况,为采取相应卫生防护措施提供依据。方法采用职业卫生学调查、工作场所职业病危害因素现场监测和职业健康检查,对结果进行统计分析。结果作业环境空气中铅浓度超标高达71%,168名铅作业工人检出疑似职业性慢性轻度铅中毒26人,慢性铅中毒观察对象53人,并有不同程度的神经系统和消化系统的症状。结论该蓄电池厂存在较严重的职业危害,必须采取积极有效的防护措施。

Survey on Lead Hazard of a Storage Battery Factory

Objective To know the situation of lead hazard in a storage battery factory,and to provide a basis for taking corresponding health protection measures.Methods Occupational hygiene surveys,on-site monitoring of occupational hazard in the workplaces,and occupational health examinations were conducted,and the results were statistically analyzed.Results The lead concentration in operating ambient air reached up to 71%.Out of the 168 lead-exposed workers,26 were detected to be suspected occupational chronic mild lead poisoning,and 53 were detected to be chronic lead poisoning with different degrees of symptoms of nervous system and digestive system.Conclusions There are severe occupational hazards in the storage battery factory,it is necessary to take active and effective protection measures.
