进口和国产的格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察及经济学分析

目的：观察进口和国产的格列美脲联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效，并进行经济学分析，从而指导临床更合理选择和应用药物。方法：将符合2型糖尿病的诊断患者86例分为A组和B组各43例，A组给予二甲双胍（中关上海施贵宝制药有限公司）0．5g，tid，餐前0．5h服用，格列美脲（安万特制药有限公司）2mg，qd，第1次主餐时服用；B组给予二甲双胍0．5g，tid，餐前0．5h服用，格列美脲（贵州天安药业股份有限公司）2mg，qd，第1次主餐时服用。结果：A、B两治疗组的有效率分别为86．1％和81．4％，两组无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；A、B两治疗组的总药费分别为318．9元和203．4元；有效率每增加1个百分点，B组比A组节省1．2元。结论：在两组治疗效果无显著性差异情况下，B组的治疗成本最低，是一种经济有效的治疗方案。

Imported versus Domestic Glimepiride for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus: Clinical Efficacy and Economic Analysis

OBJECTIVE：The observe the clinical efficacy of the imported and the domestic Glimepiride in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus and to conduct economic analysis so as to provide reference for the rational drug use. METHODS： A total of 86 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were enrolled：43 patients （Group A） were assigned to receive 0.5 g metformin （Sino-US Shanghai Squibb Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. ） 0.5 h before meal tid in combination with 2 mg Glimepiride （Anwante Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. ） qd taken at the first main meal; another 43 （Group B） to receive 0.5 g domestic Metformin 0.5 h before meal tid in combination with 2mg Glimepiride （Guizhou Tian＇an Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. ） qd taken at the first main meal. RESULTS：The effective rate between Group A and Group B showed no significant difference （86.1% vs. 81.4% ） （P 〉 0.05）. The total costs were 318.9 Yuan （Group A） and 203.4 Yuan （Group B） respectively. The cost in Group B was 1.2 Yuan lower than in Group A for every one percent increment of effective rate. CONCLUSION：The cost is lower in Group B than in Group B if without significant difference between Group A and Group B in therapeutic efficacy; therefore, Group B is more economical and effective for type 2 diabetes mellitus.
