护理专业学生不同学习阶段心理健康状况的调查

目的 探讨不同学习阶段护理专业学生的心理健康状况。方法整群、分层抽取西安市护理专业中专、大专、本科3个层次不同学习阶段的学生515人，采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）进行团体问卷调查，所得资料用t检验进行统计学处理。结果3年制中专以一、三年级SCL-90评分整体偏高，3年制大专护理专业学生以二年级评分整体偏高，5年制本科护理专业学生则以三年级评分整体偏高（P〈0．05）。结论不同学习阶段护理专业学生的心理健康状况存在差异，强迫、人际关系敏感、抑郁是困扰她们的主要精神症状；在护理专业学生的教育中，应依据不同学习阶段的心理特点加强其心理素质培养。

Analysis on Mental Health Status of Nursing Students at Different Studying Stages

Objective To explore the mental health status of nursing students at different studying stages.Methods A total of 515 nursing students at different studying stages on 3 educational levels(the diploma,associate and bachelor levels) were clustered and stratified from colleges in Xi'an.They were investigated with SCL-90(Symptom Checklist 90).Test was used to analyze the mental health status of nursing students.Results Of the 3-year-level diploma nursing students,the total SCL-90 scores in grade 1 and 3 were higher than the other grade.Of the 3-year-level associated nursing students,the total SCL-90 scores in grade 2 were higher than other grades.Of the 5-year-level bachelor nursing students,the total SCL-90 scores in grade 3 were higher than other grades(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health status of nursing students at different studying stages is different.Major mental problems of nursing students included obsession,interpersonal sensitivity and depression.More attention should be paid to psychological training according to various mental characteristics during different studying stages.
