超临界CO2萃取白芷中欧前胡素的研究

摘    要: 目的研究超临界流体CO2萃取白芷中欧前胡素的提取工艺,并用高效液相色谱法测定欧前胡素的含量。方法在Inertsil ODS-3柱上,以甲醇-水(65∶35)为流动相,流速:1.5 mL·min-1,检测波长:248 nm,柱温:40℃。结果欧前胡素浓度在0.0415~0.166 mg·mL-1范围内呈线性关系(r=0.999 8);加样平均回收率:99.12%,RSD为2.73%。结论采用SFE萃取白芷中欧前胡素的提取工艺速度快,HPLC测定欧前胡素的含量精确、重现性好。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the extraction technology of imperatorin in Angelica dahurica by supercritical fluid,and to determine the content of imperatorin by HPLC.METHOD S The inertsil ODS 3 column was used with a mobile phase of methyl alcohol water(65∶35).The flow rate was 1.5 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was at 248 nm.The column temperature was 40℃.RESULTS The calibration curve of imperatorin was linear over the range of 0.041 5~0.166 mg·mL-1(r=0.999 8).The average recoveries were 99.12% with RSD 2.73%.CONCLUSION The extraction technology was rapid,and the HPLC assay was accurate and reproducible.
