冠心病从胆论治

冠心病属中医学“胸痹”、“心痛”等范畴.临床表现以本虚标实为特征.标实责之于痰湿、瘀血和气滞;本虚则从心、肝、脾、肾论治,其说不一,主要是因为临床上患者的体质和兼夹病证的不同.随着有关冠心病中西医研究的进展,有的学者认为肝胆疏泄失常与冠心病的发病有着密切的联系.并提出胆心同治的新治法.但只限于疏肝利胆方药的临床应用,鲜有相关理论的研究.本文试图从胆心之间的生理、病理角度论述冠心病的病因、病机及其治法,为进一步探讨中医药治疗冠心病的途径提供某些新的思路和方法.

Treatment Coronary Heart Disease from Biliary

Coronary heart disease was belonging the Xiongbi and Zhenxintong in TCM.The character of this disease was root deficiency and branch excess.The branch excess was including the phlegm dampness,the blood stasis and the qi stagnation and the root deficiency consisted of heart,liver,spleen and kidney.As the development of coronary heart disease research,the relationship between the hepatobiliary effusion aberration and the coronary heart disease was discussed.The new method of simultaneous therapy of biliary and heart was used in the clinical.However,the theory of this way was limited.It was for a new treatment thought and method that the reason,the mechanism and the treatment method of the coronary heart disease were discussed in the aspects including the physiology and pathology.
