北京市某高校女教职工妇女病检查结果分析

目的对某高校女教职工进行妇女病普查,了解妇女病患病情况。方法对1 053例女教职工进行乳腺及妇科疾病检查,按疾病及年龄进行分组比较。结果某高校女职工妇女病总检出例数为973例,其中乳腺增生检出率为42.55%,宫颈炎检出率为17.66%,子宫肌瘤检出率为12.16%,此3种疾病均在41～50岁年龄段检出率最高。结论定期对女教职工进行乳腺疾病及妇科疾病普查,明确妇科疾病的患病情况,做到早诊断,早治疗,提高患病职工的生活及工作质量。

Analysis of gynecological disease examination results among female faculty of a university of Beijing City

[Objective]To perform gynecological disease screening among female faculty of a university,and understand the prevalence of gynecological disease. [Methods]Breast and gynecological diseases examination were performed on 1 053 women,the group comparison was conducted according to diseases and ages. [Results]Among 1 053 women,973 were diagnosed as breast and gynecological diseases,The incidence rate of hyperplasia of mammary glands was 42.55%,that of cervicitis was 17.66%,12.16% of hysteromyoma,the incidence rate was highest in 41-50 years age group. [Conclusion]Regular screening of breast and gynecological disease in university is necessary,it is meaningful for discovering the conditions of breast and gynecological disease,and for early diagnosing and treating them,so as to improve health level and work quality of women.
