2005—2010年北京市怀柔区重点人群HIV抗体检测结果

目的分析北京市怀柔区疾病预防控制中心(CDC)艾滋病初筛实验室2005—2010年HIV抗体检测结果,为艾滋病防治提供科学依据。方法采用ELISA法,对该CDC承担检测的重点人群血清进行HIV抗体检测。结果 2005—2010年北京市怀柔区重点人群检测10 807人,HIV抗体阳性率为0.17%,男男同性恋(MSM)人群阳性率检出最高,为6.94%。5种重点人群(暗娼、羁押人员、男男同性恋者、性病就诊者、自愿咨询)间抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=328.24,P0.01)。HIV阳性者中83.33%的是20～39岁的青年人。结论北京市怀柔区重点人群中MSM人群HIV抗体阳性检出率最高,阳性者中的青年人是艾滋病的高发人群,是艾滋病预防控制工作的重点。

Result of HIV antibody detection in high-risk population in Huairou District of Beijing from 2005-2010

[Objective]To analyze the result of HIV antibody detection by HIV screening lab in Huairou CDC of Beijing from 2005-2010,provide a scientific basis for AIDS prevention.[Methods]The detection of HIV antibody in serum was conducted in high-risk population by the ELISA.[Results]During 2005-2010,10 807 people of high-risk population in Huairou District of Beijing were detected,and the positive rate of HIV antibody was 0.17%.The positive rate in men who have sex with men(MSM) was the highest(6.94%).The difference in positive rate among five high-risk groups(unlicensed prostitutes,prisoner,MSM,STDs clients and voluntary counseling) was significant(χ2=328.24,P<0.01).83.33% of HIV-positive people were young people aged 20-39 years old.[Conclusion]Among high-risk population in Huairou District of Beijing,the positive detection rate of HIV antibody in MSM group is the highest.The young people have the high incidence of AIDS,which the key of AIDS prevention and control.
