| 摘 要： | 对于人们在工作中发生的错误有两种不同的认识观：个体认识观与系统认识观。前者认为发生错误是由于个人的不当行为造成的，防范错误的重点是规范人们的不安全行为。后者则认为错误的发生源自组织系统的缺陷，必须从改变人们工作的环境着手预防错误，才能减少由于错误造成的损失。文章重点介绍应用这两种观点分析实际工作中的护理差错案例，以利于采取合理的改进措施，避免类似情况发生，提高护理工作质量。
