Abstract: | INTRODUCTION: Sarcoma of the common pulmonary artery is a rare malignant tumor that can mimic pulmonary embolism. EXEGESIS: We report a case of a pulmonary artery sarcoma that occurred in a 60-year-old woman and had an unusual (4-year duration) evolution.
