颈椎病常见压痛点及封闭后的疗效探讨

目的探讨颈椎病患者位于颈肩背部位的常见压痛点及行压痛点封闭后颈椎病的治疗效果。方法在与颈椎活动受限相关的肌肉韧带上寻找压痛点，并按常规行压痛点封闭。结果发现位于肩胛骨上角、肩胛骨内侧缘、斜方肌颈肩移行处这3个位置的压痛点出现机率最高，行压痛点封闭1～5次后，本组1048例颈椎病患者有90．27％获得优良的治疗效果。结论颈椎病患者于颈肩背部有1～6个压痛点，封闭这些压痛点对颈椎病有良好效果。

Common pain spots and their blocking effects in cervical syndrome

Objective To observe the common pain spots and their blocking effects in cervical syndrome.Methods Along the limitation of cervical vertebra activity related muscles and ligaments,the pain spots were searched,determined,and blocked conventionally.Results The pain spots were commonly located at the superior angle and medial border of scapula,and the transitional zone between neck and shoulder in trapezius.After 1 to 5 blockings of these pain spots,90.27% (946/1048) patients with cervical syndrome achieved a satisfactory efficacy.Conclusion There exist 1 to 6 pain spots in neck,shoulder and back in patients with cervical syndrome,and good effects can be benefited from their blockings.
