| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨桥粒相关蛋白与皮肤肿瘤的关系，对桥粒芯糖蛋白1 2在鲍温病中的表达水平进行了研究。方法：采用免疫组织化学染色方法检测18例鲍温病皮损中桥粒芯糖蛋白1 2的表达情况，以8例正常皮肤组织作对照。结果：桥粒芯糖蛋白1 2在正常皮肤(8／8)表皮全层细胞间呈现较强的染色；鲍温病中4例(4／18)表达近似正常对照( )，12例表达为胞周灶状染色( )，2例表达为胞浆内近核颗粒状染色( )。结论：桥粒芯糖蛋白1 2在皮肤鲍温病中表达部分下调，可能与肿瘤的恶性程度有关。

| Abstract: | Objective: To measure the expression of desmosome-related proteins in Bowen's disease. Methods: The expression of desmoglein 1+2 in 18 patients with Bowen's disease and 8 control subjects was measured by an immunohistochemical staining method, using anti-desmoglein 1+2 monoclonal antibody.Results: In normal skin specimens of all 8 control subjects, desmoglein 1+2 was strongly expressed in the intercellular space of whole epidermis. The expression of desmoglein 1+2 was similar to control subjects in 4 cases of Bowen's disease(+++), with extensive pericellular staining in 12 cases (++) and granular staining within cell plasma in 2 cases (+). Conclusion: The expression of desmoglein 1+2 is partly down regulated in Bowen disease, and may be related to the high and low malignancy of tumor. |
