2005～2009年即墨市农民住院死亡资料分析

目的：了解即墨市参加新农合农民医院内死亡率和死亡原因,有效实施疾病干预,制定本地区的预防和控制策略。方法：资料来源于2005～2009年即墨市参加新农合农民因病在医院死亡者,死因按国际疾病分类编码ICD-10分类汇总。结果：2005～2009年即墨市参合农民住院合计死亡33413例,死亡率为718.56/10万,其中,男性为776.75/10万,女性为655.53/10万;农民前4位死因为恶性肿瘤（9850例）、脑血管病（7070例）、心脏病（5350例）、损伤与中毒（4410例）。结论：加强死因顺位前4位疾病的防治,降低死亡率,提高生命质量。

The death cause analysis of Jimo peasants in 2005-2009

Objective：To learn the hospital mortality and cause of death of farmers participating in the new rural cooperation in Jimo city,implement the disease intervention,formulate the prevention and control plot.Methods：Data from 2005 to 2009 to participate in the new rural cooperative Jimo farmers who died in hospital due to illness,the cause of death coded according to International Classification of Diseases ICD-10 Classification summary.Results：The urban and rural residents total 33 413 cases of death,mortality was 718.56/10 million,of which 776.75/10 million men,655.53/10 million women;people died because of malignant tumors before 4（9 850 cases）,cerebrovascular disease（7 070 cases）,heart disease（5 350 cases）,injury and poisoning（4 410 cases）.Conclusion：Strengthen the disease prevention of the top four causes of death and reduce mortality and improve quality of life.
