高效液相色谱法测定复方氨酚烷胺片（胶囊）中人工牛黄胆红素的含量

目的建立复方氨酚烷胺片（胶囊）中人工牛黄胆红素的含量测定方法。方法采用Phenomsil C18 BDs色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），甲醇-三氯甲烷-1％磷酸溶液（80：14：6）为流动相，检测波长：449nm，流速：1．0mL·min^-1，柱温为室温，进样体积：10μL。结果胆红素在4～40μg·mL^-1具有良好的线性关系，r=0．9998，平均回收率为99．5％。结论本法简便易行、快速、精密度好、结果准确，可用于复方氨酚烷胺片（胶囊）中人工牛黄胆红素的含量测定。

Determination of bilirubin in calculus boris artifactus in compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets (capsules) by HPLC

Objective To establish a determination method in bilirubin in calculus boris artifactus of compound paracetamol and amantadine hydrochloride tablets （capsules）. Methods Phenomsil C18 BDs column （250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm） was used, and methanol-ehloroforn-1% phosphoric acid solution （80 ： 14 ： 6） was used as the mobile phase. The detection wave length was 449 nm, and flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^1. Results Bilirubin showed a good linear relationship at 4-40μg · mL^-1 , with a correlative coefficient of 0. 999 8. The average recovery was 99.5%. Conclusion This method is simple, quick, and accurate.
