| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨超声引导下经皮肾穿刺活检的成功率及并发症。方法 应用自动活装置 ,在普通超声探头的引导下对 2 0 3例肾脏疾病患者进行经皮肾穿刺活检。结果 成功率 97% ,肉眼血尿发生率 4.0 %。结论 此方法操作简便、成功率高且并发症少。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the successful rate and complication of percutaneous renal biopsy under ultrasound guided.Methods Percutaneous renal biopsy with gun-biopsy under the guidance of ultrasound were performed in 203 patients.Results Renal biopsies were successfully performed in 203 patients.The successfully performed in 203 patient .The successful rate was 97% and the incidence of macrohematuria was 4.0%.Conclusions The were easy manipulation, higher successful rate and lower incidence of complication with this method. |
