颈前路减压植骨钢板内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的体会

目的分析颈前路减压植骨钢板内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法对36例脊髓型颈椎病患者行颈前路减压植骨钢板内固定术，按JOA评分系统进行疗效评价。结果36例获随访4个月-3年，平均14个月，平均植骨融合时间12周．植骨融合率100％。随访3、6、12个月有效率分别为91．6％、93．8％和96．6％，平均改善率分别为63．1％、72．6％和76．7％。结论颈前路减压植骨钢板内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病疗效确切，可显著提高植骨融合率，促进神经功能恢复。

Observation the Clinical Curative Effects of the Treatment of the Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy by Anterior Cervical Decompression and Bone-GraftFusion with Plate Internal Ffixation

OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical curative effects of the treatment of the cervicalspondylotic mye]opathy treated by anterior cervical decompression and bone-graft fusion withplate internal fixation. METHOD Treat 36 cervical spondylotie mye]opathy cases with anteriorcervical decompression and bone-graft fusion with plate internal fixation and analyze their curativeeffects according to the JOA system. RESULTS 36 cases were all followed up for 4-36 months （14months on average） .All the bone grafts were fused within 3 months after the operation.Theimprovement rates were 91.6%, 93.8% 196.6% and the average effective rate were improved63.1%, 72.6%＊fl 76.7% respectively. CONCLUSION The bone-graft fusion with plate intemalfixation.is a good way for the cervical spondylotic myelopathy treatment, which can getsatisfying recovery of the nerve functions.
