前列舒乐胶囊对实验性动物前列腺增生的预防及治疗

目的观察前列舒乐胶囊对实验性动物前列腺增生的预防及治疗作用。方法选用雄性小鼠皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮复制前列腺增生模型。以模型复制成功后,给予前列舒乐胶囊研究其治疗作用;皮下注射丙酸睾丸酮,同时给予前列舒乐胶囊研究其预防治疗作用。以小鼠前列腺重量及指数、病理组织学检查为观察指标。结果前列舒乐胶囊能明显减轻丙酸睾丸酮诱导实验性小鼠前列腺的增生,改善其病理形态。结论前列舒乐胶囊对实验性前列腺增生具有一定的治疗和预防作用。

Preventive and Therapeutic Effects of Qianlieshule Capsule on Experimental Mice Prostate Hyperplastic in vivo

ObjectiveTo investigate the preventive and therapeutic effects of Qianlieshule Capsule on experimental mice prostate hyperplastic in vivo.MethodsThe models were induced by testosterone treated with hyodermic.To research the therapeutic effects,Qianlieshule Capsule were treated after the models were produced;and the preventive effects,the mice were administered with Qianlieshule Capsule at same time hyodermic testosterone.The weight of prostate and prostate index,pathohistology were observed to evaluate the effects of Qianlieshule.ResultsLong term treatment with testosterone,the prostate significantly increased and pathohistology were observed the hyperplastic.Qianlieshule capsule could remarkably decrease the prostate weight and prostate index,improve the pathohistology.ConclusionQianlieshule capsule have preventive and therapeutic effects on the experimental model.
