磁共振弥散成像对肝脏肿瘤的诊断价值

摘    要:目的探讨磁共振弥散成像(DWI)诊断肝脏肿瘤的诊断价值。方法选取该院收治的65例肝脏肿瘤患者,均行弥散加权成像扫描,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果肝血管瘤和肝囊肿的ADC明显高于原发性肝癌和肝转移瘤,良性肿瘤的ADC值明显高于恶性肿瘤。根据肝脏恶性肿瘤病灶的动脉期表现,可将其分为富血供病灶和乏血供病灶。结论根据不同肝脏肿瘤磁共弥散成像ADC值的可以明确鉴别肝脏肿瘤病变的良恶性,同时可以根据动态增强扫描肝脏恶性肿瘤病灶的动脉期表现观察病灶的血供情况。

Abstract:Objective To explore diagnostic value of diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging in liver tumors. Methods Selected our hospital received 65 cases liver tumors, all adopted diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance, the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results ADC of liver hemangioma and liver cyst were obviously higher than primary liver cancer and liver metastases, ADC values of benign tumor was obviously higher than malignant tumor. According to hepatic arterial performance of malignant tumor lesions, it could be divided into the rich blood supply lesions and lack of blood supply of lesions. Conclusion According to the different magnetic imaging ADC values of liver tumor, can identify benign and malignant liver tumor lesions, can also be based on dynamic enhanced scanning performance observed lesions of liver malignant tumor arterial lesions of blood supply.
