| 摘 要： | 目的探讨检验人员如何在生化仪器维修中运用专业知识,协助维修工程师对故障进行快速诊断。方法检验人员与维修工程师共同评估故障类型,分析仪器的灯能量状态,分析生化项目的反应曲线,合理设计精密度试验等对故障进行评估,综合分析故障原因。结果故障得到快速诊断,维修效率得到明显提高。结论掌握并运用检验专业知识能缩短仪器故障的诊断时间,有效提高维修效率。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical laboratory staff in the biochemical equipment maintenance, use our expertise to assist the maintenance engineer rapid diagnostic instrument failures. Methods Laboratory staff and maintenance engineers to assess the type of instrument failure, and analyze the light source lamp energy state, as well as analysis of the biochemical response curve, the final design of precision test to evaluate the fault. Results Rapid fault diagnosis, repair efficiency has been significantly improved. Conclusion Grasp and use test expertise can shorten the time of diagnosis, and effectively improve the efficiency of testing equipment maintenance. |
