血透医护人员锐器伤现状调查及防护措施

目的调查该院血透室医护人员在进行治疗护理是出现锐器损伤的情况,分析减少锐器损伤的有效对策。方法在2012年3月—2012年11月采用现场调查的方法对该院血透室56名医护人员职业暴露防护以及锐器损伤情况进行调查。结果 56例被调查的血透医护人员在上岗前都参加过职业暴露防护培训,在调查的56例血透室医护人员中出现锐器损伤的共34例,锐器伤发生率为60.71%。结论该院血透室医护人员在进行治疗护理工作时锐器损伤发生率较高,有必要强化血透室医护人员职业安全教育,规范医护人员操作流程,锐器损伤后实施规范处理流程,保证血透室医护人员的健康安全。

Investigation of Sharp Injury Among Medical staff in Hemodialysis Room and Sharp Injury Protection

Objective Application effect evaluation of risk management in the nursing management.Methods 100 cases of outer periphery intervention patients admitted in our hospital from June 2012 to February 2013,All patients to accept voluntary survey and obey all the criteria,the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Risk management to the observation group patients,general nursing to the patients in the control group.Observed two groups of patients in clinical symptoms and complication rates in different care measures,and the data were analyzed research.Results The observation group and control group in terms of clinical symptoms and complications rates have essentially difference,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusions By carrying on the effective risk management in nursing management,can effectively reduce the probability of risk to the patient.The other hand,can also has a good preventive effect on some of the complications and improve patient satisfaction,and therefore worthy of promotion and clinical use.
