健康教育对提高骨科患者满意度的效果分析

目的探讨骨科患者按照临床护理路径模式进行健康教育的效果分析。方法选取2011年12月—2013年1月该院收治的54例骨科患者,将患者随机分成两组,每组各27例,对照组采用传统模式下的健康教育方式,观察组应用临床护理路径模式下进行健康教育,观察两组患者的满意度和达标率。结果通过两种模式对患者进行健康教育,观察组的满意度为100%,对照组的满意度为85.2%(23/27),观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的达标率96.3%(26/27),对照组的达标率为74.1%(20/27),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对骨科患者采用临床护理路径模式下的健康教育,进一步深化了优质护理服务,增强了对护理工作的信任感,并有利于护患关系改善和患者病情的恢复,值得推广。

The Effects of Health Education on the Improvement of the Satisfaction of Orthopedic Patients

Objective To study the effects of health education, carried out by clinical nursing path, on orthopedic patients. Methods 54 orthopedic patients admitted in our hospital from December,2011 to January,2013 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, control group and observation group with 27 patients in each. The control group was given health education through the traditional way, and the observation group was given health education through clinical nursing path. The degree of satisfaction and compliance rate of the groups were observed and compared. Results The observation group＇s degree of satisfaction was 100%, significantly higher than that of the control group＇s 85.2%（23/27）,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. The observation group＇s compliance rate was 96.3%（26/27）,while that of the control group was 74.1%（20/27）, the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. Conclusion Giving health education to orthopedic patients through clinical nursing path further improves the quality of nursing service, enhances the patients＇ sense of trust of nursing work and is beneficial to improve the relationship between nurses and patients and the recovery of the patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
