| 摘 要： | 目的:建立测定抗骨增生片中淫羊藿苷含量的高效液相色谱方法。方法:Shim-pack VP-ODS柱(4.6×250?,5μ)色谱柱;以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液(27∶73)为流动相;检测波长为270nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果:淫羊藿苷在0.104~0.520μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率98.5%。结论:本方法简便、准确,可作为抗骨增生片中的淫羊藿苷的定量分析方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To determine the content of Icariin in Kanggu-Zengsheng tablet by HPLC.Method An external standard method by HPLC with Shim-pack VP-ODS column as fixed phase and acetonitrile-0.1% H3PO4(27∶73) as mobile phase was adopted.The detection wave length was 270 nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Results Icariin showed a good linear relationship at the range of 0.104 ～0.520μg(r=0.999 9),and the average recovery rate was 98.5%(n=5).Conclusion The method is simple and accurate,which can be adoptable for quantitative analysis of Icariin in Kanggu-Zengsheng tablet. |
