激光对血浆巯基物质的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨低能量激光血管内照射 (IntravascularLaserIrradiationofBlood ,1L 1B)对血浆巯基物质的影响。方法 对球囊损伤动脉内膜犬行 1L1B ,观察 1L1B对血浆巯基物质的影响。结果  1L1B后血浆巯基物质含量可显著升高 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论  1L1B可提升血浆巯基物质含量。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of intravascular laser irradiation of blood(1L1B) on sulfhydryl compounds of plasma. Methods The arteries of dogs were injured by balloon eatheter then the blood of dogs were irradiated by intravascular laser,observe the plasma level of sulfhydryl compounds. Results The sulfhydryl compounds of plasma had significantly elevated after 1L1B(P<0.01). Conclusion 1L1B elevated plasma level of sulfhydryl compounds.
