| 摘 要： | 目的：观察评价保肺益元冲剂治疗慢性支气管炎的临床价值。方法：用保肺益元冲剂治疗216例慢性支气管炎患者4周，并与清肺化痰法对比。结果：总有效率，保肺益元组为98.15／,清肺化痰组为78％。结论：保肺益元冲剂为宣肺化痰、健脾补肾有机配合，是治疗慢性支气管炎的有效临床中药。

| Abstract: | Objective: Observation clinical valuation of Bao Fei Yi Yuan infusion in treating chronic bronchitis. Methods:Clinical study of 216 cases treated with Bao Fei Yi Yuan infusion for 4 weeks in comparing wlth the control group treated with the therapy of Qing Fei Hua Tan. Rcsults:The total effectiverate by Bao Fei Yi Yuan reached 98. 15 % and by Qing Fei Hua Tan reached 78%. Conclusion:The integrative use of these clrugs in Bao Fei Yi Yuan infusion can open the inhibited lungenergy,eliminate sputum and invigorate the spieen and the kidney. It is one of the effective Chinese patent durg for the treatment of chronic bronchitis. |
