| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨钙粘蛋白E(E cadherin)在肾母细胞瘤中的表达及其意义。方法 :采用免疫组织化学S P法 ,对 30例肾母细胞瘤及 11例相应的瘤旁肾组织进行钙粘蛋白 E检测。结果 :肾母细胞瘤阳性率占 2 6 .7% ,瘤旁肾组织阳性率占 90 .9% ,差异十分显著 (P <0 .0 1)。肾母细胞瘤中淋巴结转移 3例 ,最大直径超过 2 0cm的肿瘤 4例 ,钙粘蛋白E表达均为阴性。钙粘蛋白E表达与病理分型、临床分期、预后无关。上皮型肾母细胞瘤钙粘蛋白E表达降低与其他类型无明显差别。结论 :肾母细胞瘤中钙粘蛋白E表达降低。

| Abstract: | Objective: Our aim was to study the expression of E cadherin in nephroblastoma and its clinical significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining S P was used to detect E cadherin protein in 30 tissue samples of nephroblastoma and 11 tissue samples of the adjacent kidney. Results: In the tissue samples of nephroblastoma, positive rate was 26.7%, while in the tissue samples of the adjacent kidney, the rate was 90.9%. The difference was statistical(P<0 01). Expression of E cadherin was negative in 3 cases with lymph node metastasis and 4 of diameters more than 4 cm. No relationship was found between expression of E cadherin and pathologic classification, clinical staging, prognosis. Conclusion: There is a lower expression of E cadherin in nephroblastoma. |
