建立大鼠胸部创伤模型的简单方法

摘    要:目的:建立一种简单可靠的胸部创伤模型,反映胸部创伤后的病理生理变化。方法:健康Wistar大鼠36只,随机分为A、B、C、D 4组,分别按照0.4 J/100 g体重、0.6 J/100 g体重、0.8 J/100 g体重和1.0 J/100 g体重采用自行研制的自由落体动物撞击装置对大鼠胸部进行撞击。24 h后对存活大鼠尸检并判断伤情,取损伤肺组织做病理检查。结果:创伤后大鼠呼吸明显加快,A~D组大鼠24 h死亡率分别为0、0、66.7%和100%。损伤评分与创伤能量相关,病理结果显示肺损伤随着创伤能量的增加而加重。结论:自行研制的自由落体式小型生物创伤机适合大鼠胸部创伤模型的建立,适合的创伤能量为0.6 J/100 g体重。
