前路病灶清除椎间植骨融合术治疗脊柱结核

目的 :观察病灶清除椎间植骨融合治疗脊柱结核的疗效。方法 :本组 36例 ,男 2 0例 ,女 16例 ,年龄 12岁 6 8岁。病变部位 :颈椎 4例 ,胸椎 7例 ,胸腰椎 15例 ,腰椎 10例。病变涉及 2个节段 30例 ,3个节段 6例 ,手术采用病灶清除 ,一期椎体间植骨 ,选用前路钛板固定 5例。结果 :平均随访 10个月以上 ,优良率 97% ,无手术并发症。结论 :病灶彻底清除 ,椎体间一期植骨融合 ,有利于恢复脊柱的即刻稳定。骨内固定后可纠正及预防脊柱畸形 ,骨融合率高 ,患者能早期离床活动 ,减少晚期腰背痛的发生

Anterior Radical Debridement and Spinal Fusion with Autograft for the Treatment of Spinal Tuberculosis

Objcetive To evaluate the anterior r adical debridement and spinal fusion with autograft for the treatment of spinal tuberculosis.Methods there wer e 36 cases in this series,20 maies and 16 females.The age was from 12 to 68 year s,The involved were at cervieal 4 cases,thoracic 7 cases,thoracolumbar 15 cases, lumbar 10 cases.involved at 2 segments in 30 patients at 3 segments in 6 patient s.Radical debridement and spinal fusion with autograft were used in all patients .Radical debridement and spinal fusion with autograft were used in all patients, Results In addition 5 cases were followed up for a duration or ov er 10 months,97 % of th e patients have good.There were no associated complication.Concl usion Th e results show that the radical debridement and spinal fusion with autograft w as effective for restoring the stability.After bone graft and internal fixation fo r treatment of spinal tuberculosis can prevent occurrence of deformity,high rate of solid bony fusion,ambulant earlier afiter surgery and lower rate of postoper ative low back pain.
